🧢 Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you have a design ready or need help creating one, we offer embroidery, DTF, and screen printing on hats, shirts, and sweaters. We accept custom runs as small as 5 pieces and as large as 500+. Email us for a quote at shop@thehousecreates.com.

📦 What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our made-to-order and limited-edition items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please double-check sizes and details before ordering. Questions? Contact us first.

🐶 Does Indiana inspect every package?

Absolutely. Indiana, our Chief Paw-duct Inspector, gives each order a thorough sniff-and-wag QA check. If you find a stray dog hair, consider it a bonus feature!

🕒 How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days, since everything is printed or embroidered on demand. Custom jobs may vary — drop us a line for specifics.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—currently we ship within the United States only. We’re exploring global options, so stay tuned!

🎨 Can I request a specific color or design variation?

Absolutely—if you don’t see it in our shop, reach out at shop@thehousecreates.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

🧼 How should I care for my apparel?
  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach and direct ironing on prints
  • For embroidery, gentle hand-wash is recommended

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
